An author may request the withdrawal of a manuscript at any time prior to publication, including after acceptance. If a withdrawal request is submitted within one week of receiving the acknowledgement email confirming receipt of the manuscript, it will be processed without requiring an explanation.

For withdrawal requests submitted after the peer-review process has commenced or after the manuscript has been accepted, the request will be subject to evaluation by the Editorial Office. In such cases, the corresponding author must provide a written withdrawal request, signed by all authors, clearly stating the reason for withdrawal.
